.Munchies is a small shoppe and it can get very busy. we do our best to bang out the food as fast as possible without sacrificing the love.  Wait times for walk in orders can exceed 30 minutes during certain times.  we also "sell out" of food and close early sporadically, that being said we recommend calling in your orders ahead of time. its not a bad idea to call us to make sure we haven't sold out for the night if you plan on making the trek over here. we use Instagram @Munchies_ct to communicate with everyone. we post when we are sold out, when we close for a holiday or vacation, we post our specials and any menu updates, if you use IG we highly recommend following us to get the latest news.

YOU CAN GET OUR FOOD DELIVERED BY USING UBER EATS OR DOOR DASH. DELIVERY APPS SHUT OF AT 8:30PM.

WE CLOSE AT 9PM EXCEPT THE DAYS WE SELL OUT. WE TAKE THE LAST PHONE ORDERS AROUND 8:40PM. WE DO NOT TAKE CALLS UP UNTIL 9PM.

IF YOU CALL AND WE DONT ANSWER, JUST CALL BACK AFTER A MINUTE OR SO, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO THE PHONE IN TIME OR MAY BE ON THE OTHER LINE TAKING AN ORDER. IF WE DONT PICK UP AFTER THE SECOND CALL, WERE LIKELY CLOSED.

WE ARE LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF STATE AND BEECH STREET IN NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT.  THERE IS PARKING ON STATE STREET AND SOMETIMES ON BEECH STREET AS WELL.

ALMOST ALL OF OUR SUBS CAN BE MADE VEGETARIAN. WE USE OUR HOUSE MADE SEITAN AS THE PROTEIN WHEN MAKING A MENU ITEM VEGETARIAN. JUST ASK.
